A clock with twelve short hands.
Names of 12 world cities, all in different time-zones from Tokyo, are each written on one of the 12 short hands.
At the same time as telling the time in Tokyo, this clock tells the time of 11 other cities in the world.

In this information era, the whole world is linked. We all have to keep the rest of the world in mind as we do our jobs, and so our clocks should also have this global consciousness. In fact, if you line up clocks that each tell the time of a different city, and look closely at the second hand, you will notice that they are all slightly out of synch. Since we are one world, we should be on one time.
